Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our consultancy services. By booking a session with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Appointment Guidelines

2.1 Respectful Behavior: The consultant reserves the right to terminate the call in the event of abusive language, inappropriate behavior, improper dress code during the video call, or any form of disrespect towards the consultant.

2.2 Internet Connection: The client must ensure they have a reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment to conduct a successful call.

3. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel their appointment free of charge within 3 hours of booking confirmation. After this period, the appointment can only be rescheduled.

3.2 Rescheduling Policy: If a client needs to reschedule, they must do so within 7 days of the original appointment date. Appointments rescheduled beyond this period may be subject to additional fees or be considered a new booking.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared during the consultation is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best service possible. However, we are not liable for any outcomes or consequences resulting from the use of our services.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
